Air Balancing Company, Ltd. (ABC) was established in 1987 with the purpose of assisting Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors in construction of Industrial and Commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems that produce design specifications and achieve the most efficient use of energy.

ABC is certified by the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) in the fields of Air and Hydronic Testing, Adjusting and Balancing, Sound and Vibration, Building Commissioning, and Cleanroom Testing. Bret Privitt, as our president and a member of the AABC Commissioning Committee, worked closely with AABC in developing procedures and standards as well as coauthoring AABC's latest Commissioning Guidelines.

Our project list includes schools, universities, hospitals, theatres, jail facilities, office complexes, data centers, clean rooms, semiconductor plants, industrial facilities, and numerous government projects, many of which have critical and high security areas.

Since our inception, ABC has grown through experience, technology and education to become one of the leading TAB and Commissioning firms in the industry and will continue to grow and adapt to the industry's ever changing needs and demands.

Air Balancing Company, Ltd. uses a combination of weekly training classes and up to date equipment to ensure that our technicians and supervisors are prepared to succeed on every project no matter what obstacles may be present.

We are staged to dominate the TAB and Commissioning industry through education of employees, hands on experience, equipment, and the development of a continuing education laboratory within our facility.

In the past several years, we have pushed ourselves to become focused on unique and specialized projects; focusing on hydronics and large scale HVAC and Smoke Evacuation Systems. We have a vast amount of knowledge and experience with all kinds of equipment and DDC control systems. Much of this knowledge has been gained by way of experience working with manufactures, technical reps, and engineers. We are experienced in working with and commissioning all the major types of DDC systems in the industry today to include: Andover, Johnson, Siemens, CSI, Automated Logic, and Trane. We also keep our technicians skills tuned on the older pneumatic controls as well.

We are a concentrated company, which gives us the ability to target specific projects and insure that the customer receives reliable communication and a system that meets design criteria. Also, giving us the ability to customize our reports and forms to meet the customers needs to ensure they get the information needed and are easy to use.
